Personal Training with Benny Glossop: With Coach Benny you can choose between two training programs: Personal Training or Sport Specific Training. Each program is custom designed to focus on meeting your desired goals. You can schedule training sessions at your home, office, or your team’s athletic facility.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Recommended for clients with goals of weight loss, getting back in shape, or those who have ‘event’ goals (5Ks, Half Marathons, Triathlons, Mud Runs, etc.). If you are already in good shape this program will improve your speed, flexibility, core strength, and overall functional fitness. Three types of sessions are available:
